With over two decades of experience in finance, operations, and business transformation, Payal Desai has built and scaled finance functions, established new business practices, and led complex operational initiatives for organizations across global markets. She believes sustainable growth is built on disciplined execution, strong financial governance, and operational excellence.

Having built business practices and delivery teams from the ground up, Payal experienced firsthand the operational complexity that comes with growth. From finance and payroll to tax, compliance, and workforce management, she understood that these functions often become increasingly demanding as businesses scale. She also saw that organizations were forced to coordinate multiple specialists, when what they truly needed was one trusted partner with the expertise, ownership, and accountability to make the entire operation run seamlessly.

That vision became the foundation of Acceler8 GLOBAL.

Today, under Payal's leadership, Acceler8 GLOBAL brings together Accounting, Payroll & HR, Tax, and EOR solutions into a single delivery model; helping businesses replace operational complexity with clarity, control, and confidence. He believes exceptional client outcomes are built on disciplined processes, the right technology, and flawless execution. Throughout his career, he has streamlined complex operations, improved efficiency, and developed delivery frameworks that enable businesses to scale with confidence.

As Co-Founder, Siddharth leads the firm's operational excellence by integrating people, process, technology, and governance into a seamless delivery framework. Away from work, Siddharth is an avid traveller with a curiosity for new cultures and perspectives. Also, he is a passionate follower of Manchester United, where he appreciates the art of building a world-class team.
