By accessing or using Acceler8 Global's website or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Use of Services
Acceler8 Global provides EOR services enabling global businesses to employ talent in India. You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, to transmit offensive material, to attempt unauthorised system access, or in any way that damages our platform.
Service Agreements
Specific terms governing EOR and EOR+ services are set out in individual service agreements. In the event of any conflict with these Terms, the service agreement takes precedence.
Intellectual Property
All website content — text, graphics, logos, software — is the property of Acceler8 Global and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without express written permission. IP created by EOR employees belongs to the client as specified in service agreements.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared business information and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acceler8 Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed amounts paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
